We find that professionals belong to four types.
Businessmen are Vaisyas; Spiritual People are Brahmanas; Military People are Kshatriyas and Service people are Shudras. No caste is meant here. The Four Noble Professions become the Four Noble Tribes, based on profession and qualities !
The Lord says in the Gita
The Four Noble Professions I did create
Based on innate qualities & profession
Even though I am the Cause for the Noble Four
Know me to be the Transcendent beyond all !
As all these bindings mundane
Involve me not, enchain me not !

Guna Karma Vibhagsah
Tasyakarthara mapi mam
Vidhya akartharam anvayam )
